Bad writing habits to avoid

1. Not sticking to the plan

There is no excuse, write at least 20 minutes daily. 

2. Thinking when you are not writing

Thinking kills, write from your heart. Let there be mistakes just write the heart. Don't think much about how to write when you are free. 

3. Writing without proper sleep

Sleep plays a vital role. Lack of sleep affects our writing capacity. Avoid late night sleeps. Take 6 hours of sound sleep daily. It activates our brain cells. 



4. Letting someone read an unfinished book. 

U have an idea and you are writing on those grounds, let the flow continue to let you finish it. There will be distractions when someone suggests something in between. 

5. Isolating yourself from friends and family. 

Enjoying the company with family and friends may lead to developing a strong line to the writing. It keeps you active. Spend quality time with family and friends while writing. 



6. Not having nutritious food. 

An empty stomach and unhealthy foods may lead to fatigue. Take healthy and homemade nutritious food to keep you charged.
