Love Cheating!?

Once there was a quarrel between a farmer and his neighbour, they were shouting in front of the emperor. Suddenly they heard a voice STOP! Astonished farmers turned back and observed that he is birbal. 

Birbal asked them what happened? The farmer was replying to him, in order to give water to my farm fields I was searching for water sources and bought a well from him(neighbour). 

I was happy and went back home and the next day when I was trying to draw water from the well the neighbour told me that i sold only the well not the water! 

We have been quarrelling on this from then the farmer explained to the birbal. 

Birbal asked the neighbour why you were not allowing the farmer to draw water from the well? The neighbour replied the same I have sold only the well not the water. 

Birbal understood his cunning mind and said, since you sold the well, you have no right to keep the farmers water in the well, either you remove the water or you pay rent to the farmer or take it out immediately. 

The neighbour realised that his scheme failed and apologized to the farmer and went off. 

Cheating will not get you anything,  you cheat you will pay soon.
