What to do when life gets tough.!!!
We all go through tough times in life. It's during these times that we learn about ourselves and what we're really made of.
When things get tough, it's important to remember that we can get through anything if we just stay positive and keep moving forward.
Here are some things to do when life gets tough:
1. Take a step back and assess the situation.When things are tough, it's easy to get caught up in the emotion of it all.
But it's important to take a step back and assess the situation. What's really going on? What can you do to fix the problem?
Once you have a clear head, you'll be able to better handle the situation.
2. Talk to someone who can help.If you're feeling lost, talk to someone who can help. Whether it's a friend, family member, therapist, or anyone else, it can.
When the struggles come like boiling water in life, I want to be like an egg. I want to be soft on the inside, but hard on the outside. I want to be able to change and adapt to my surroundings, but still maintain my own unique identity.
I want to be like a potato, which can be both strong and soft. I want to be able to withstand the heat and the pressure, but still be able to offer something nourishing and satisfying.
I want to be like tea leaves, which can change the colour of the water. I want to be able to add something beautiful and exotic to my life, but still be able to remain grounded and humble.
