Are you a responsible family man?

A father used to call his son daily and asks the same five questions and son used to reply to him for the same. It's been years since his father is doing the same everyday. In the beginning son was answering with respect and concern. After a few months he got irritated and yelled at his father, why do you ask the same questions daily? Don't you feel bad about it?

Father understood his son, he is leading his family, has so many responsibilities, let him be like he is and stopped calling him. Father is doing his chores daily, talking to his family members and asking for their wellbeing. One month has passed. One fine day his son called him and asked the same questions and father replied with joy and happiness.

Father asked his son, what's happening my dear son? He replied to dad I was helping your grandchildren in studies and read a story yesterday from their English book. Where a child used to ask his father about the birds the same questions daily and the father used to give him the answers with utmost enthusiasm and interest.

After reading that i realised that, when I was a child I used to ask you the same silly questions repeatedly and you were giving me the answers with the same interest. Now I am married and looking after the family and am not giving the same respect/interest to your questions.

Sorry dad, I was rude, heartless then. Now I realised and I have shared everything with your grandchildren. They are happy and they promised to hear me when I get older with utmost love and respect.
