Sleepless Nights? Not Anymore.

Imsaraschandra

As technology-driven days continue to stretch into the night, getting a good night's sleep can be a challenge! 💤

🤔 But what if there was a simple visualisation technique that could help you drift off and hit the pillow earlier? 🤩

The mental visualisation technique known as ‘The Beach Visualisation’ can be used to help train your mind to promote better sleep, both quickly and more deeply. 🌊

The technique begins by closing your eyes and imagining yourself laying on the beach. Slowly visualise the shimmering sand underneath you, the rolling blue water kissing the shore, and the warming sun on your skin. Let every detail of the beach come into focus, and as you do, allow your body to completely relax as your mind takes the scene in. 💆

Once you have this calm paradise firmly embedded in your mind, begin to further visualise yourself walking further and further away from the waves and into the trees. Let the peace and tranquillity of the beach drift away with the sounds of the ocean, and keep focusing on the calmness of being surrounded by lush greenery.

Once any tensions or stresses have faded, visualise yourself climbing into a comfortable bed, entranced by the soothing presence of the forest around you. Allow yourself to feel both energised and relaxed as you lie in bed and visualise the same forest from the bed in the same atmosphere of peace and relaxation. 🛏

Once your body is in a fully relaxed state, slowly open your eyes and stay in that feeling of tranquillity for a few more moments. With regular practice of the Beach Visualisation technique, you can drift off to sleep quickly and easily in the comfort of your own home. 💤

Do you struggle to get to sleep? Give this Beach Visualisation technique a try - it just might be the key to a good night's rest! 🔑

I will be discussing more about the sleeping techniques in my upcoming book "the eighth wonder".

Stay Tuned.
