24/3?
We all need to sleep, and there's nothing wrong with that. In fact, sleeping early can actually increase your productivity.
You see, our bodies are designed to operate on a 24-hour cycle. This is known as the circadian rhythm.
The circadian rhythm is controlled by a "master clock" in the brain, which regulates the release of certain hormones.
One of these hormones is called melatonin. Melatonin is what makes us feel sleepy.
As the sun goes down, the body starts to produce more melatonin. This is why we tend to feel sleepy at night.
However, if we stay up late, the body doesn't have a chance to produce enough melatonin and we can end up feeling tired during the day.
This is why sleeping early can actually increase your productivity. When you sleep during the night, your body has a chance to produce more melatonin. This means that you'll wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day.
Of course, it's important to get a good night's sleep. But if you're having trouble sleeping, try going to bed a little earlier. It just might help you get more done during the day.
This is one of the proven concept which am going to talk about in depth in my Upcoming Book "THE EIGHTH WONDER". Stay Tuned.
