Sleepless Nights? Not Anymore - lll

👨‍💻👩‍💻 For those of us who have trouble sleeping at night, we may be wondering what is the best way to physically exhaust ourselves during the day in order to have a better night's sleep?

Fortunately, with some simple tips, you can ensure that you get enough physical exhaustion during the day to score a good night's sleep.

🤸‍♀️ The most important step is to find physical activities that can get your heart rate up during the day. For instance, walking, running, aerobics, cycling, and swimming are all great physical activities. When you exercise, it helps to lower your body's internal temperature, which serves a natural sleepy-time indicator.

🏋️‍♀️ Additionally, strength and flexibility training exercises during the day can help to tire out your body and help you fall asleep faster.

🤷‍♂️ Furthermore, if you're someone who has difficulty sleeping even after exercising, think about whether there are any activities you enjoy that can help you get a bit of physical exhaustion during the day. This could include gardening, walking your dog, or even playing a sport.

Lastly, pay attention to the type of food and drinks you're consuming throughout the day. Try to get a balanced diet full of nutrition and avoid caffeinated drinks especially close to bedtime.

By following these tips, you'll be able to ensure that you get enough physical exhaustion during the day so that you can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep.

I will be discussing more about the sleeping techniques in my upcoming book "the eighth wonder".

Stay Tuned.
